Vintage Bas Relief Metal Disneyland Ashtray WDP
Another ashtray from the very early days, I love this piece for its intricate detail.
Look how they've included every brick, flag and plant in the Castle. And who doesn't miss the original Tomorrowland with the Moonliner and the Clock of the World? You get a great view of Main Street just as if you were standing in the hub looking down towards the Castle. And then there's the Tiki Room, which remains a favorite to this very day.
Made of some kind of unknown metal some of the plating is worn off, but it is over 50 years old! The photo is of the actual piece I'm selling, I think it looks fine, taking into account its' age.
Marked Walt Disney Productions, this is a wonderful addition for anywon who collects vintage Disneyland or Disney smoking paraphernailia.
I'm asking $35 plus shipping and insurance

Enchanted Tiki Room Tangaroa Concept
Years
ago, I was given a box of color copies of concept designs. Always an
appreciator of the origin of Disney pieces, I intended to frame these
and mount them on my wall, but alas, I never got around to it.
This is a concept design for the Enchanted Tiki Room Tangaroa Lamp, created in 2005 in an edition of only 500.
While the concept is quite beautiful, of course the finished product
was even more so! The lamp was designed and sculpted by Jody Daily and
Kevin Kidney (and do I ever wish I had the lamp!).
Still, I love the process by which these Disney items are brought to
life, and this is a perfect example of a starting point for a fabulous
piece of sculpture.
The image measures 10.5 inches by 13 1/4
inches, and the actual paper is 11 by 17. Again, this is a XEROX COLOR
COPY (on heavy paper), not an original.
Still quite beautiful in itself.
I'm asking $45 plus actual shipping.
