Back in the late 1970-80s, a company named Grollier's ran a subscription service for various Disney collectables. You would sign up and they would send you a piece every other month and bill you half every four weeks. They did a number of series, and this one is from the Magic Memories Series. Each piece was limited to 15,000 pieces, but it's doubtful that the total production number was ever reached. Each stands between six to eight inches tall. Prior to the Walt Disney Classics Collection, these were the best we could hope for as far a actual scenes from Disney films.
This one is from Lady and the Tramp , and shows Lady, Tramp and the Beaver (a rarely seen character), as he carves their initials in a tree stump.
This will be shipped in it's original styrofoam cube, safely protected, just like it came to me when I ordered it many years ago.
